Free while we're in beta
No credit card, no listing limit, and no feature held back behind a paid tier. Here is exactly what that means and what it doesn't cover.
How much does EbayLister cost?
Nothing. EbayLister is free while it is in beta — there is no card on file and no limit on how many listings you create.
There is no paid tier to compare against, no trial that expires, and no feature gating. Everyone on the beta has the same access.
What's included?
All of it. There is no feature reserved for a paid plan, because there is no paid plan.
- Batch photoshoot upload, with photos click-grouped into item SKUs
- AI-written eBay titles (up to 80 characters) and HTML descriptions
- Automatic eBay category and condition selection
- Item specifics filled from eBay's own allowed values for that category
- UPC, EAN, ISBN and MPN read off packaging and validated
- A suggested starting price with the AI's reasoning written out
- Custom SKU prefixes with auto-increment for bin and shelf tracking
- Built-in non-destructive photo editor, up to 24 photos per item
- Buy It Now with Best Offer, or auctions of 3, 5, 7 or 10 days
- eBay business policies and up to two eBay Store categories
- Publish live, or save as a draft to eBay Seller Hub
- Revise live listings in place, keeping item number, watchers and bids
What does eBay charge separately?
eBay's own insertion and final value fees still apply, exactly as they would if you listed by hand.
EbayLister does not add to them, discount them, or collect them. Those fees are between you and eBay, they are billed by eBay to your seller account, and using this tool changes nothing about them. Check eBay's current fee schedule for the specifics — they vary by category and by whether you have an eBay Store.
What happens when the beta ends?
We may introduce charges later, and if we do you'll get advance notice first.
That commitment is written into our Terms of Service, §1 — it isn't just a promise on a marketing page. Nothing will start billing silently, and no card is on file to bill in the first place. We haven't set a price, a date, or a plan structure yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than invent a roadmap.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial because there's nothing to trial — the whole product is free right now.
You sign in, connect your eBay account through eBay's official OAuth flow, and start listing. No payment step exists anywhere in the app.
What's the catch?
It's beta software, and it's eBay US only.
Being early means you'll hit rough edges, and we'd genuinely like to hear about them — that's the trade. A few specifics worth knowing before you commit a photoshoot to it: the price suggestion comes from the AI reading your photos and is not an analysis of sold comps; only eBay US and USD are supported; and there is no native iPhone or Android app yet, though it runs fine in a phone browser.
